Cologne, 05.05.2021. m.Doc is expanding its offering in discharge management. With nubedian GmbH, another partner is now available for customers of the m.Doc Smart Health Platform. The digital patient portal Smart Clinic in particular will benefit from this, because as a KHZG-eligible solution, the must-have criteria for discharge management are an elementary component.
Cologne-based digital healthcare pioneer m.Doc is expanding its partner network. From now on, customers in discharge management can also rely on the solutions of nubedian GmbH. This is already the second partner for this aspect, which is also so important in the context of the KHZG, to be connected to the m.Doc Smart Health Platform and can thus be selected by customers as part of the Smart Clinic digital patient portal.

The connection of nubedian’s Caseform solution to the digital patient portal m.Doc Smart Clinic creates a seamless digital process, before, during and after treatment in the hospital, which focuses on the patient and relieves medical staff at all levels.
With Caseform, clinics rely on secure and asynchronous communication. This means that sending and receiving data can be staggered without processes being blocked by waiting for a response. In addition, all services can be proven to internal or external control authorities at any time. Customers who are already using Caseform also report increases in revenue due to the short dwell time. This also applies to a significant time saving, which is due to the efficient and automated processes of Caseform.
But patients also benefit significantly from the digital solution. Above all, they are empowered and strengthened by the right to request and choose follow-up treatment, because the overview of requested care options becomes much more transparent for patients with Caseform by nubedian.
