Customers of m.Doc can now strengthen the digital skills of their workforce via the Smart Health Academy of the Cologne-based digital healthcare pioneer. To this end, m.Doc is leveraging the expertise of the Fraunhofer Academy and making the “Transformative Digital Skills for Healthcare” qualification program, which was specially designed for the healthcare sector, available as a training module on its own continuing education platform.
Cologne, May 04, 2022. m.Doc, the digital healthcare pioneer, is becoming a transformation partner for hospitals with its Smart Health Academy. To this end, the Cologne-based company is now relying on the Fraunhofer Academy’s “Transformative Digital Skills for Healthcare” qualification program, or TDS for short. The training program, specially designed to promote digital skills in healthcare, is made available to clinics as a learning module via m.Doc’s own Smart Health Academy.

Under the three keywords “innovative,” “interdisciplinary,” and “hands-on,” TDS will provide the knowledge healthcare professionals need to add value for patients with digital solutions and devices. The focus is on flexible online learning and, with its modular structure, can be individually adapted to the knowledge level of each learner. “This is another thing that convinced us to work with Fraunhofer Academy: the structure of the qualification program follows the modular logic that we have as a benchmark for our own products and solutions,” concludes Kulin.
