Cologne/Hamburg, October 6, 2022. m.Doc, the digital healthcare pioneer, is once again expanding its partner ecosystem. This time, the Cologne-based company is joining forces with the IT service provider AKQUINET. The focus of the cooperation: a fully integrated telematics infrastructure (TI) “as a service”.
“We offer many services within the framework of the telematics infrastructure ourselves via our patient portal, such as the TI Messenger. Nevertheless, we see great potential for further TI-related services, which we now want to drive forward as part of the development partnership with the IT experts from AKQUINET and make available promptly via our Smart Health Platform,” says Admir Kulin, CEO of m.Doc GmbH, outlining the objective behind the merger.
And Dr. Ralf Gieseke, expert for TI at AKQUINET, adds: “We are very pleased about the partnership with the market leader for patient portals in the German-speaking region. Especially the fully integrated interaction between the m.Doc Smart Health Platform and the telematics infrastructure has great market potential from our point of view, which we want to develop together for customers in the healthcare sector.”
The TI as a Service will be provided via AKQUINET data centers in northern Germany. The Twin Datacenter complies with TÜViT TSI 4.1 and EN50600 standards. In the future, customers can look forward to precisely tailored interfaces and services directly into the TI from their patient portal as part of the collaboration.
