Organising central training in hospitals with shift work is often challenging. E-learning enables users to integrate training content flexibly and independently of location into their daily work. This form of training allows staff to learn effectively in a hectic hospital environment without being tied to fixed appointments. In addition, employees can access the materials at any time after face-to-face training, clarify open questions and minimise uncertainties, thus ensuring that knowledge is sustainably anchored.

The needs-oriented training concept follows the ‘teach-the-teacher’ approach and aims to enable staff to use the portal independently. With the help of the m.Doc Playbook, sustainable knowledge is built up in the organisation, with roles and areas of expertise clearly defined. There are three user categories: key users, users with portal access and users without portal access.

Playbook

In modern healthcare, the implementation of a patient portal in existing clinical processes is an important step towards patient-centred care. To help you achieve this goal, the m.Doc Smart Health Platform ‘Playbook’ has been developed. This Playbook serves as a guide to understanding all aspects, functionalities and possibilities of the platform and to support a successful implementation. The Playbook is divided into three primary sections: Modules, Use Cases and Interfaces. These three topics are seamlessly linked, providing a comprehensive perspective on the Smart Health Platform.
