You will be responsible for both the strategic and practical support of our most important customers. In doing so, you will develop new ideas on how we can improve our customer relationships and discover new business opportunities together. Working closely with customers, you will design and implement market strategies. You will also assist with presentations, be responsible for selling our products, and coordinate larger projects with our major customers. You will independently conduct important customer meetings, such as annual or price negotiations, and ensure good follow-up.

You will work in a team on the further development of a software suite for patient processes in medical practices that integrates various systems. Your tasks will include modeling and designing databases and applications, implementing tests, and providing and managing the software. You will implement new ideas and act as a point of contact within the team.

You should have training/a degree in IT and initial experience in (front-end/back-end) development, be familiar with JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks (such as React/Angular), and have knowledge of MongoDB and service-oriented architecture. Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and very good German and English skills round out your profile.
