As a Junior Training Manager, you will be responsible for conducting training courses for the m.Doc patient portal, supporting the creation of e-learning courses and working closely with various teams to develop training programmes. Ideally, you will have some experience in the field of e-learning or clinical processes and use your creative skills to design customer-oriented training courses. In this position, you will process tenders, create concepts and service specifications, and coordinate customer communication via various procurement platforms. You have an interest in IT, good knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills, and you work flexibly and in a team-oriented manner. In this role, you will drive digitalisation in healthcare by developing patient portals in clinics and positioning the company as a forward-looking partner. You have a university degree, sales experience in healthcare, strong communication skills, and you work independently and entrepreneurially. In this role, you will analyse customer requirements, develop customised software solutions and moderate workshops for end users. You will work closely with project management, create project documents and support the optimisation and implementation of our software products. In this role, you will support users in using the m.Doc application, efficiently resolve support requests at the first point of contact, and work closely with development to troubleshoot complex issues.
