The KHZG must-have package of the patient portal includes the questionnaire designer, which enables the clinic to create structured forms with customized content and visual design. The forms can be categorized and assigned to patients before or during treatment. Forms completed by the patient are sent back to the clinic, which can transfer them to the hospital information system (HIS) as a .pdf or structured .json file.

Individually customizable checklists in the SHP patient portal: optimal preparation for the hospital stay
The patient portal also offers the creation of customizable checklists to prepare patients for their hospital stay. Once created, the checklists can be distributed to all departments of the clinic. They provide an overview of all the important documents and records that patients need to bring with them for their inpatient stay.
