Seamless integration of appointment scheduling and patient portal in the hospital information system (HIS)
The appointment scheduling in the HIS is connected to the patient portal via supported interfaces, allowing free appointments to be reflected directly there. The booked appointments are automatically displayed in the primary calendar. Patients receive direct notifications in the patient portal if the hospital cancels an appointment.

Whether on site or via video consultation (optional module) – appointments can be arranged directly between the clinic and the patient. Bookings can be made by both the patient and the practitioner. Automatic transfer of appointment changes and reminders – if supported by an interface – ensure smooth coordination. Appointments can be enriched with additional information. This includes booking conditions, special instructions for booking as well as documents and questionnaires.
