Data collection for business cards

If you give us your business card, we will collect and process the following personal data from you: Name, first name, position, company, telephone number, e-mail, address.
Your data will be used to contact you, to pass on information and for possible cooperation with m.Doc.
The processing of your data (collection, storage) is based on the express consent of the person(s) concerned (with the handing over of the business card), therefore in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a DSGVO. It may also be necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which take place at the request of the person(s) concerned, Art. 6 (1) letter b DSGVO. The processing of your data in a customer management program of m.Doc is necessary for the expansion and maintenance of the partner and customer network of m.Doc and thus serves the legitimate interests of the parties involved, Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO.
